- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
Sec. 21. “Limited liability partnership” means a domestic limited liability partnership registered under or subject to IC 23-4-1-45 through IC 23-4-1-46 or a foreign limited liability partnership.
