Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, “casket” means a rigid enclosure that:
(2) is ornamented;
(1) is made of wood, metal, or other material;

- human remains: means the body or a part of the body of an individual, including human remains that have been cremated. See Indiana Code 23-14-31-16
(3) has a fixed or nonfixed inner lining; and
(4) is designed to encase human remains.
