(1) any recognized church, religious society, association, or denomination; or

Terms Used In Indiana Code 23-14-33-32

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(2) any cemetery authority or corporation:

(A) that administers; or

(B) through which is administered;

the temporalities of any recognized church, religious society, association, or denomination.
