Sec. 13. “Seizure towing” means the towing of a motor vehicle for law enforcement purposes involving:
(2) the forfeiture of assets.
(1) the maintenance of the chain of custody of evidence; or

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
