Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-5-12-11

  • division: means the consumer protection division of the office of the attorney general. See Indiana Code 24-5-12-1
  • person: means an individual, an incorporated or unincorporated organization or association, or any other legal entity. See Indiana Code 24-5-12-4
   Sec. 11. To register under this chapter a person must file with the division a registration statement disclosing the information required by this chapter and pay a fifty dollar ($50) registration fee.
