Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-5-14.5-6

interconnected VOIP service: has the meaning set forth in Indiana Code 24-5-14.5-4
telecommunications service: has the meaning set forth in Indiana Code 24-5-14.5-8

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, “provider” means a person that offers telecommunications service or interconnected VOIP service.
