Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-5-8-8

  • Investor: means a person who is solicited to become obligated or does become obligated on a contract. See Indiana Code 24-5-8-1
   Sec. 8. Any waiver by an investor of the provisions of this chapter is deemed contrary to public policy and is void and unenforceable.
