- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
Sec. 20. Upon a showing that a person has violated any of sections 21 through 26 of this chapter, the court may grant without bond an injunction, restraining order, or other appropriate order.
