Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-17.6-3-2

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
     (b) The board shall:

(1) require from an applicant for licensure evidence of the applicant’s qualifications; and

(2) judge an applicant on evidence of the applicant’s professional competency and integrity under rules adopted by the board.
