Sec. 1. A person may not:

(1) practice as an occupational therapist;

(2) practice as an occupational therapy assistant;

(3) use the title “occupational therapist”;

(4) use the title “occupational therapy assistant”; or

(5) engage in the practice of occupational therapy;

unless the person is licensed under this article.
