Sec. 1. (a) Except for an individual who is licensed under IC 25-22.5, is licensed under IC 25-33, is an advanced practice registered nurse (as defined by IC 25-23-1-1(b)), or is licensed under this article, and who uses the terms within the scope of the individual’s education, training, and licensure, an individual may not knowingly describe services the individual performs using the following terms:

(b) An individual who violates this section commits a Class A misdemeanor.
