Sec. 5. (a) The executive director shall keep a
record of the proceedings of the
board. The record shall contain the names and addresses of all persons who apply to the board for a license or permit and the action taken on each.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-26-13-5
- Board: means the Indiana board of pharmacy. See Indiana Code 25-26-13-2
- Record: means all papers, letters, memoranda, notes, prescriptions, drug orders, invoices, statements, patient medication charts or files, computerized records, or other written indicia, documents, or objects which are used in any way in connection with the purchase, sale, or handling of any drug or device. See Indiana Code 25-26-13-2
(b) The board shall hire and supervise a sufficient number of inspector-investigators to enforce the controlled substances law (IC 35-48). Inspector-investigators hired by the board are employees of the Indiana professional licensing agency.
