Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-26-14-25

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: means an individual, a partnership, a business firm, a limited liability company, a corporation, or another entity, including a governmental entity. See Indiana Code 25-26-14-9
  • wholesale drug distributor: means a person engaged in wholesale distribution of legend drugs, including:

   Sec. 25. A wholesale drug distributor that fails to allow an authorized person to enter and inspect a facility as provided in section 19 of this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor. However, the offense is a Level 6 felony if the person has a prior unrelated conviction for an offense under this section.
