Sec. 7. (a) As used in this chapter, “prescription drug” means a drug, as defined in IC 25-26-13-2, that requires a prescription before being dispensed or administered to a patient.
(b) The term does not include:
(1) an abortion inducing drug (as defined in IC 16-18-2-1.6); or
(2) controlled substances (as defined in IC 35-48-1-9).
