Sec. 4. (a) The board shall issue a license to any person who meets the requirements of this article and who pays to the board the initial license fee prescribed by the board by rule.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-35.6-3-4

  • board: means the speech-language pathology and audiology board established by this article. See Indiana Code 25-35.6-1-2
  • person: means any individual, organization, or corporate body, except that only an individual may be licensed under this article. See Indiana Code 25-35.6-1-2
     (b) A license issued under this article is valid until the next renewal date described under section 6 of this chapter.
