Sec. 2. (a) As used in this section, “eyelash extensions” means strands of silk, mink, or another synthetic or natural material that are applied one (1) at a time and fixed to an individual’s natural eyelashes.
(b) The application of eyelash extensions as described in subsection (a) is exempt from regulation under this article.
