Indiana Code 27-7-14-1. “Armed forces”

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “armed forces” means the active and reserve components of the following:

(1) The United States Army.

United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

(2) The United States Navy.

(3) The United States Air Force.

(4) The United States Marine Corps.

(5) The United States Coast Guard.

(6) The Indiana National Guard.
