Indiana Code 27-9-3.1-2. “Business day”

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “business day” means a day other than:

(1) Saturday;

(2) Sunday; or

(3) a day on which either the New York Stock Exchange or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York is closed.
