Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.

Sec. 17. A corporate fiduciary shall not pledge or deposit any of its assets as a condition to the exercise of its powers as a fiduciary.
