- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 1204. A licensee that is a corporation or a limited liability company must at all times be in good standing with the secretary of state of the state in which the licensee was incorporated.
