Terms Used In Indiana Code 3-10-1-10.5

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
     (b) In accordance with 52 U.S.C. § 21082, a voter challenged under this chapter is entitled to cast a provisional ballot under IC 3-11.7 after executing the affidavit under section 9 of this chapter.
