Terms Used In Indiana Code 3-14-1-10
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 10. A corporation or labor organization that recklessly exceeds any of the limitations on contributions prescribed by IC 3-9-2-4 commits a Class B misdemeanor.
