Sec. 11. A person who:

(1) recklessly makes a contribution in the name of another person; or

Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:Class | Prison | Fine |

Class B misdemeanor | up to 180 days | up to $1,000 |
(2) knowingly accepts a contribution made by one person in the name of another person;
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
