Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

Sec. 15. A member, an employee, or an agent of a county election board who knowingly delivers a ballot to a person except in the manner prescribed by this title commits a Level 6 felony.
