Sec. 26.4. “Inhabitant”, for purposes of:
(1) Article 4, § 7 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana; and
(2) Article 6, § 4 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana;
means a person who resides at a location, as determined under IC 3-5-5.
