- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 1. As provided by 52 U.S.C. § 20507(a)(3)(A), a circuit court clerk or board of registration may remove the name of a voter from the official list of registered voters at the voter’s request.
