Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, “custodial trust property” means the following:
(A) transferred to; or
(1) An interest in property:

- Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
(B) held under a declaration of trust by;
a custodial trustee under this chapter.
(2) The income from and proceeds of the property interest described in subdivision (1).
