Sec. 2. (a) Not later than the tenth day of each month, the clerk of the court shall forward to the Indiana department of health the following:

(1) Each record of a paternity determination entered during the preceding month.

(2) Each order entered during the preceding month indicating that a court has set aside a paternity determination.

(3) Any other related reports that the Indiana department of health requires.

     (b) Not later than five (5) days after a petition to establish paternity has been filed, the clerk of the court shall forward to the Indiana department of health a notice required by section 0.5 of this chapter related to the petition to establish paternity.
