Indiana Code 31-33-7-5. Written report; copies made available to law enforcement agencies, prosecuting attorney, and coroner

Sec. 5. A copy of the written report of the department shall immediately be made available to:

(1) the appropriate law enforcement agency;

Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

(2) the prosecuting attorney; and

(3) in a case involving death, the coroner for the coroner’s consideration.
