Terms Used In Indiana Code 32-21-2-12

  • instrument: means :

    Indiana Code 32-21-2-1.5

  • Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
(2) instrument; or

(3) transcript of the instrument;

is not conclusive and may be rebutted and the force and effect of it contested by a party affected by the instrument.
