Indiana Code 32-25.5-3.5-1. Applicability

Sec. 1. This chapter does not apply to a solar energy system that has been:

(1) approved by a homeowners association; or

Terms Used In Indiana Code 32-25.5-3.5-1

dwelling unit: has the meaning set forth in IC 32-31-5-3. See Indiana Code 32-25.5-3.5-2
Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
solar energy system: means a solar photovoltaic device whose primary purpose is to use solar energy to produce electricity. See Indiana Code 32-25.5-3.5-3

(2) installed on the dwelling unit or property of a member of a homeowners association;

before March 14, 2022.
