Sec. 1. Except as provided in IC 32-30-10.5 for mortgage transactions described in IC 32-30-10.5-5, it is not necessary in any action upon a mortgage or lien to give time for:
(2) performing any other act.
(1) the payment of money; or

- Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.
Final judgment may be given in the first instance.
