Terms Used In Indiana Code 32-30-4-2

  • Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
   Sec. 2. Notwithstanding an intervening estate for life or years, a person who has a remainder or reversion in an estate may maintain an action for waste, trespass, or injury to the inheritance.
