Terms Used In Indiana Code 32-30-5-12

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
  • Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
   Sec. 12. The clerk of the court of each county shall keep a record book suitable to enter and record statements of assets and liabilities.
