Sec. 17. A justice of the supreme court or judge of the court of appeals may not:
(2) run for elected office other than a judicial office;
(1) engage in the practice of law;

- judge: means a judge of the court of appeals, the tax court, or a circuit, superior, county, small claims, or probate court, city court, or town court. See Indiana Code 33-23-11-7
(3) directly or indirectly make any contribution to, or hold any office in, a political party or organization; or
(4) take part in any political campaign;
as provided in Article 7, § 11 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana.
