Sec. 7. The clerk of the court, under the direction of the judge of the court, shall provide:

(1) order books;

Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-33-27.3-7

  • Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
  • Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(2) judgment dockets;

(3) execution dockets;

(4) fee books; and

(5) other books for the court;

that shall be kept separately from the books and papers of other courts.
