- Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.
Sec. 3. Notwithstanding IC 5-14-3, the clerk shall collect a document fee of three dollars ($3) for each certificate under seal attached in authentication of a copy of any record, paper, or transcript.
