Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-40-3-4
- Public defender: Represent defendants who can't afford an attorney in criminal matters.
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 4. Any money remaining in the fund at the end of the calendar year does not revert to any other fund but continues in the supplemental public defender services fund.
