Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-40-8-3
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 3. A contract entered into under section 1 of this chapter may be from year to year or for any length of time determined by the judge.
