Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-42-0.5-17

  • Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
(2) in any capacity as:

(A) provided by law; and

(B) stated in a record;

(3) as an agent or attorney in fact for a principal; or

(4) in any other authorized capacity.
