  • Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
  • Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 8. The return of “no property found” upon the order of attachment does not affect the proceedings against the garnishee.
