Terms Used In Indiana Code 34-52-1-7

  • Judgment: means all final orders, decrees, and determinations in an action and all orders upon which executions may issue. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 7. Whenever, in any action an order is made for the payment of costs, at any time before final judgment, the court shall, upon motion of any interested person, render judgment for the costs in favor of the party entitled to receive costs.
