Terms Used In Indiana Code 34-6-2-111

  • Litigation: A case, controversy, or lawsuit. Participants (plaintiffs and defendants) in lawsuits are called litigants.
   Sec. 111. “Position of the agency”, for purposes of IC 34-52-2, means the litigation stance taken by the state in a civil action subject to IC 34-52-2.
