Terms Used In Indiana Code 35-31.5-2-244.5

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
   Sec. 244.5. “Prima facie evidence of intoxication”, for purposes of IC 35-46-9, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-46-9-4.
