Sec. 329. “Terrorism” means the unlawful use of force or violence or the unlawful threat of force or violence to:
(A) a government; or
(1) intimidate or coerce:

- Population: has the meaning set forth in Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(B) all or part of the civilian population; or
(2) affect the conduct of a government by use of a weapon of mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.
