Terms Used In Indiana Code 35-33-14-4
- Extradition: The formal process of delivering an accused or convicted person from authorities in one state to authorities in another state.
- Sheriff: means the sheriff of the county or another person authorized to perform sheriff's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 4. Money in the fund at the end of a particular calendar year does not revert to any other fund, but remains in the county extradition and sheriff‘s assistance fund.
