Terms Used In Indiana Code 35-37-4-2

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
   Sec. 2. In all questions affecting the credibility of a witness, his general moral character may be given in evidence.
