- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 9. If the court makes the findings described in section 8(1), 8(2), 8(3), and 8(4) of this chapter, the court shall order DNA testing and analysis of the evidence.
