Terms Used In Indiana Code 35-40-12-3

  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
     (b) A notice or consultation required under this article may be performed by notifying or consulting with at least one (1) partner.
