- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Victim advocate: work with prosecutors and assist the victims of a crime.
Sec. 2. A victim’s communications with a victim advocate, victim service provider, victims assistance, or a social worker are not admissible into evidence for any purpose except with consent of the victim.
